Hello Group.
We have a shared access database on the network that a few people can
access. They open the database normally without admin rights (do not
hold down the shift button) and can access the forms. Whenever I open
the database it gives me the security warning popup at which point I
hold down the shift to access and unhide the tables/queries. On one
computer of a user who wants to access the forms for the first
time..when they try to open the database, it opens up and takes him
directly to the main form and doesnt give him the security popup or the
option to go into admin mode when the shift button is held. When i try
to open another form from the main form, the database doesnt do
anything. I wonder if it is hidden but it doesnt give me any options.
Im stumped. Could it be a permission issue? Its shared on a network and
everyone else is able to get in. Any ideas? please let me know if you
would like more information.
thanks in advance!
