Form - Screen alignment

I have a 'report filter' pop up form that opens at the front of a
report. But how can I get the form to display on the top RHS of the
screen. At present it pops up on the top LHS, which hides the report
title etc.

Set the property of the popup form under "other" to pop up =yes.

My solution is to open the form in design view, change any element, open the
form in view, move it to where you want it to pop up, close it and answer yes
to save the form.
However, at random the form will again open in the top left, very annoying
to have to repeat the above process. My question is Why does it work several
times and then suddenly revert back to the top left?
