Form Results

I apologize for my previous questions on this question, but with my server
down, I couldn't receive any email.
My question is: Is there a way to receive form results that aren't just
one long run together words, so it appears like normal sentences? It is
hard to interpret for the drivers who get the results from the forms.

I do not fully understand.

Are you saying that spaces between words are being removed? If so, I
have never seen that before.

If you use Formatted Text for the form results, they are word wrapped
by the email client, and print word wrapped as well.
