Form Position While Navigating

I have a form, set to Single Form, that is 14 inches long. I have a form
header that is 3 inches long. The header displays the names for the
corresponding fields below so the users can stay on track with the data
entry. I have 25 fields in the detail section set vertically on the form.
Each is to receive a number from 1 to 4 for evaluation purposes.

Fields 6 thru 25 are not visible on the screen. When you leave field 5 to go
to field 6, I need the detail section to move up so that Field 6 is displayed
at the top. I have tried to move the focus to a field in the lower portion of
the screen and return to field 6, but it won't work when I open the database
as I normally do. If I hold the Shift Key, open the database, and open the
form that way, it works.

How do I get the screen to change position to accommodate the users?

Not a direct answer to your question, but a suggestion. It might be worth
your while to investigate the Tab Control. This would allow you to put all
your fields on a "screen-sized" form. There would be no need to scroll the
screen then.
