Form Hiding Behind Switchboard

I made a switchboard on my own (did not even know there was a switchboard
manager), but now some of the forms it accesses are not on top (they are
hidden behind the switchboard when I open them.

Is there an "On Top" setting or anything?

That would solve your immediate problem, but using popup and modal forms
should be done carefully and sparingly. They can create problems of their
own. A better approach is to try to determine _why_ those forms are not
opening on top... e.g., is the switchboard form a popup, or modal... and
correct the real problem.

I have run into a similar problem, but the switchboard maximizes across the
entire screen and doesn't allow me to open the objects list window (not sure
what it's called, but accessed by pressing F11). I made the mistake of
setting the switchboard to modal/popup. The only way to exit is to use "exit
this database" button or ctrl+alt+del. It would allow me to open some forms
that were set to modal also, but I couldn't edit anything, the moment it
would open something in design or a report, it would hide it behind the
switchboad. I was able to open the visual basic editor by pressing alt+F11,
but I'm not familiar enough with visual basic code to do anything so I tried
deleting all the code on the switchboard window hoping it would delete the
switchboard and not the switchboard does nothing.

Can anyone help with this?

PS: Basically I think I'd be ok if I could open the database without the
switchboard.

So I found an answer in another post. Hold shift when starting the DB, but
not I have another issue... the top of the database window is above the top
of the access window so I can't see all the controls, min/max/close
buttons... any ideas how to move the window around?

Wow, I'm gonna stop putting up questions... I found the answer to this under
a diff topic also.... opened a couple other windows and selected cascade
under the windows tab, whew.... there's a couple days worth of work saved,
minus my switchboard, but I'm smart enough to have a final project and a
"drawing board"... play around with the dummy and copy any final decisions
to the final project
