Form error

I created a new database using a sample database. I changed the name of all
of the forms and now I am getting an error once I open the database.

Error:
The form name 'Issues' is misspelled or refers to a form that doesn't exist.

I have updated all my macros and queries to represent the new name of my form.
The form was originally called Issues, but I have changed it to Hearings. Is
there something else that I need to change?

Check under Tools, Startup to see if the form Issues is set there as the form
to open when the database opens. You will also need to check all your VBA
code to see if a form name is explicitly referenced there.
