Hi!
I was doing a form ..!. It was almost done !... a lot of codes in diferent
controls and bottons, a lot of work for a "rockie" like me in Access.
Suddenly I save and close the form.
Now in the Database windows appears the name of that form, but i can't open
it neither in form design neither in form view ... nothing absolutely nothing.
I even can't import it to another database, it doesn't appears.
Can someone explain me this .. Is there any way of recovery that Form.

Now in the Database windows appears the name of that form, but i can't open
it neither in form design neither in form view ... nothing absolutely nothing.

If the Form shows all the controls when it's in design view but is totally
blank in data view, this means that a) the Recordsource of the form contains
no records, so there are no existing records to view; and b) the Recordsource
or the Form itself does not allow updating, so you can't see the blank "new
record" either. If these two conditions are true, Access just displays a white
rectangle (and confuses you and the user!!!)

What is the form's Recordsource? Is it a Query? If so, and you open it in
query datasheet view, does it return any records, and does it have the *>
blank new record visible? If it doesn't, please open the query in SQL view and
post the SQL text here (perhaps with some explanation of your tables) and
someone may be able to suggest how to fix it.

Hi Jonh.
Yes, the RecordSource is a query, but I built it on the form itself, with
the query builder, and I didn't save it as a query.
Can you hellp me?!

Sounds like your database might be corrupt. MAKE A BACKUP (you may need it!!!)
and select Tools... Database Utilities... Compact and Repair. Does that help?

Also check out Tony's corruption FAQ:
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm

What version of Access do you have installed? Is this a .mdb file or the newer
A2007 .accdb format?

Thanks Jonh.
I didn't remember to that, so I spent all day doing the form all over the
beginning
Thanks anyway for your concern
