Form Changes Size

I have a main menu that maximizes when the database opens.
The user then selects an option to open another form. This
form maximizes also. When the user is done on this form
the form closes and they are back at the main menu. My
problem: When the user closes down the form and goes back
to the main menu, the main menu is no longer maximized.
I've tried a things like maximizing on Current, Load and
Open but they are not workinig. Any suggestions?

try putting the maximize in the gotfocus event for the main menu
