Form Button

I have a database that is split and used by 10 users. On the form there is a
button that is used to run a query. One of my users when they click the
button, Access just runs and runs and then becomes non responsive. All other
9 users do not have any issues and it works fine. Recently the affected user
had to have their computer re-imaged from our technical support. I am trying
to find a work around solution for this user. It appears that this is the
only database that the user is having problems. This user cannot run any of
the queries for only this database. Any ideas on what may be wrong?

What version of Access, what version of Windows?

The user has Access 2003 and Windows XP Professional on their computer.

Did you install SP3 and the hot fix for it?
Do the other users have this installed?
What external resources might you be using.
I seldom trust an environment after IT has reimaged a computer.

Dave,

Do you mean the service pack for windows or access? I had the user download
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945674. I have a feeling that the problem is
most likely due to the re-imaging but I am not sure how to explain this to
the IT department.
