Not sure the correct place to put this and am seeking advice on the better
way of doing something from all you guru's.
I need to create a form for completion by student who 'sign' their part;
then submit to a second person for comment and 'sign; who in turn then
submits to a final delegate for comment and sign.
The current process is paper doc and I am hoping that I could get some
advice on whether to use a word doc; spreadsheet or online (Online would be
preferrable as accessable globally).
Don't necessarily need information stored in database as a hard copy is held
on official files.
