forgotten supervisory password

I have forgotten my supervisory password and cannot make
changes to content advisory without it. How can this be
changed or how can I reset my password?

i just want to ask you some questions:
do you have another Account except the Administrator one?
are you a member in Domain Network ?
if the answers yes try to follw the instrictions

enter control panel>administrative tools>computer
management>from the left console open local users and
groups link chose users then highlighrt Administrator then
right click on it then select reset passowrd then type
your new passowrd , i hope that could help you , bye
