See this link:

Note the best thing to do is wipe off everything from the drive and
reinstall windows. You never know what nasties are hiding there such as
malware, viruses, spyware, child pornography, etc.

first for everything to go good reset the bios battery on your motherboard
which is the big board with all the wires and chipes are at then insert a
operating disc and go thru the installation and what ever the other person
has will stay on so you to look at and then from there you can delete what
you want because the person my have music or something like that on the drive
so you can get it free see my point

"reset the bios battery" - reset the BIOS maybe but I'm not sure how one
would reset a battery. If there is no BIOS password (problem is with XP
password) then why would this be necessary as one would just enter the BIOS
as usual.

P.S. Do you actually own a computer??

I don't see your point. You make no sense.

Buy a new Hard drive.
Take your OS CD to the retailer at the time, and ask them to install your OS
on the new HD.

When the system boots you should see all the files from the original HD.

I haven't done this, but I don't see why this wouldn't work :)

It needs to be installed while the hard drive is in the computer that it
will run on. The installation routine checks the hardware and tailors
the install to the computer it's on. Installing when it's in one
computer, then moving to another, will require a repair installation.
