Forcing default background

Hi. Unfortunately I didn't find a more appropriate place for this
post, so I hope you can help me here or direct me to a proper group.
What I have is a 2003 machine, but assume the same issue applies to xp
as well. When a user sets some bmp background on his desktop and
chooses to end session, he logs out, but the background remains on
screen with the login prompt floating on top of it instead of on top of
regular flat background color. Is there a way to control this
behavior? Also, is there a way to make Windows NOT display a
background while the workstation is locked?

Thank you very much for your questions.

PS: Is there any technical reason that PQ PartitionMagic won't work
with server partitions, or is it just a business move? Thanks again?
