Force Users to send as Group email

I have the following problem and can't find a solution. Please help.

I have Users that belong to Distribution Lists.

What I want to do is that when a user sends a new message I want him to be
forced to send as the Distribution list he belongs to, and not from his
personal email. (ie when John, who belongs to the Sales group, sends a new
message the recipient should see that it was sent from sales.

Is this possible to implement?

(A second harder version of the question is: If a user belongs to 2 or more
Distribution lists, is possible to have buttons on his new message form that
will force him to choose one of the lists to send as)

Thank you in advance

You can possibly set up a policy that will force the SMTP address of the users
to match their distribution group SMTP address.

The easy solution is to make two users of him, and force him to log out of one
identity and into the other when he wants to send a message from the other
identity. Or, and probably one that would get more compliance, have the user
set-up two profiles, and open Outlook in one profile to get identity1, and open
Outlook in the second profile to get the second identity. Not sure if that is
enough, but you might want to investigate it.

You can have two different accounts, with each with a different return address,
but it is difficult, if not impossible, to control Outlook to use a specified
account to send a specific message. There is something about always sending
from the first account in the list. You can control that with two profiles,
but not a button.
