Hi,
We store our company contacts (around 4,500) in a Public Folder suing
Outlook 2003. We are in the process of streamlining the process of
entering new contacts and as part of this have defined a set of Master
Categories for the company. I have set this up so that everyone in the
company will share the same set of Master Categories and this will be
updated by using .reg file on a shared network location.
What I would like to do is to ensure that when a new contact is
entered (or amended) in the company contacts, one or more of the
Master Categories must be used. Is there a way to enforce the entry of
Master Categories on Contacts?
Any help is much appeciated!
