For follow up folder is missing

I have a few emails that are flagged for follow up. When I open outlook on
my desktop PC the For follow up seach folder is not there. When I open
outlook on a laptop I also have, the for follow up folder is there. Is there
a setting that makes it appear?

You might have accidentally deleted it. However, no harm done; it's just a
query, not really a folder, and you can easily recreate it - right-click on
the Search Folders, create a new one using "mail flagged for followup".
