fonts problem

I'm from Hong Kong, I have to display characters in Mingliu(·s²Ó©úÅé).
In recent days, this font name is changed automatically to Mingliu instead
of its chinese name. (I don't know the reason)
The more and my most concern problem is that the default font is no longer
Mingliu and the chinese characters I typed before all shows question marks.
I have tried to restall this font, but I am not allowed to delete it.
How can I restore it? Any ideas would be appreciated.
