Fonts folder hangs

Wes,

I was trying to copy fonts into c:\windows\fonts - per
your advice to Gene. After locating c:\Windows I click
on Fonts ... system hangs.

I'm trying this because going into Control panel to click
on the Fonts folder...system hangs.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I is most likely that some of the font files are in use,
ie: the fonts used most anywhere on your PC.
Try selecting a few fonts that you know that are
currently NOT being used by your PC. It is similar to
trying to copy or move a file while it is still in use
and an error msg pops up.
