Fonts cannot be saved in the presentation

I hae a simple PPT that has been working fine. I usually only use Tahoma or
Aerial fonts so I can share them with others in my company. All of the sudden
one specific PPT gives me the following message when I go to save it, "Some
of your fonts cannot be saved in the presentation" and then it lists the
SimSun font is not installed. I have NO IDEA where this font is being used in
my presentation (nor how it got there.) So I tried to go into Format -
Replace Fonts and replace all instances of SimSun with Tahoma or Aerial. I
get this message "You have selected a single-byte font to replace a
doubel-byte font. Please select a double-byte font." I tied to pick any of
the common ones and nothing will work. SOOOO
1) how can i figure out where the SimSun font is being used so I can change
it manually
2) why will replace fonts not work...how do I get double-byte fonts...and do
I really need them.

I've discovered that a *lot* of charts default to MS PGothic font in
templates I've received from clients. I suspect it's a Mac thing, something
the agencies cause without even realizing it. Of course I've no real proof
of that -- more just an educated guess.

I realize that's nothing to do with SimSun, but I thought I'd toss it out
there anyway. :)
