Font Size

Hi:

Something has changed my settings of Font Size in both IE and OE and I have
not been able to change back to what I had previously. The size above the
Toolbars of File, Edit, View, Tools, etc is considerably smaller. Also in IE
my Favorites Font size is much smaller.

I changed the Font size in OE (Tools>Options>Compose Tab>News> to 9 PT
Aerial Bold )and you see what I am getting now.

Any specific help will be appreciated.

I changed the Font size in OE (Tools>Options>Compose Tab>News> to 9 PT Aerial Bold )and you see what I am getting now.<

Actually, we can't see what you are getting now since we see the message with the settings that are configured on our own system. :)
This setting only changes the font size for the Compose window.

<The size above the Toolbars of File, Edit, View, Tools, etc is considerably smaller.>

This sounds like you are describing the Title Bar.

Right click an empty spot on the Desktop and select Properties. Select the Appearance Tab/Advanced Button. In the Item drop down menu, select Active Title Bar and Inactive Title Bar. Look at the font settings. Make changes there and then check to see the effect.

Perform the same routine for the Icon item. This is what controls the font size in the IE Favorites bar as well as the font size in Outlook Express.

Hi Ronnie:

My problem with this was that I had my OE>Tools>Options>Send Tab set to read News Sending Format as Plain Text. I switched to HTML and now my Font settings are now naturally appearing the way that I want them.

Thanks for your assistance.

Right click a blank spot on the desktop and choose Properties.
Click Advanced on the Appearance tab.
In the Item drop-down box choose Icon.
Change the text size there.
