FONT PROBLEM

I have configurate my windows XP Prof. to support english & greek from the
Regional Settings. However when I try to install some programms that use
greek language, the texts appear to be "chinese"..
MsOffice operates normally (supporting both english and greek languages).
Does somebody know how I can fix this malfunction?
