Font list is limitted !!!

Dear
I have a problem in Windows XP Professional.
I want to change the font of windows' title bar (or menu
or message box) to a font (that is TTF and exists in my
FONTS folder) but when i go to Control panel -> Display -

Appearance -> Advanced , the list of fonts is limitted

to 5 or 6 fonts !!!
how can i remove this limittation and have all fonts in
the list?

Has the font actually been *installed*? Just copying into the Fonts
folder is not enough. In Fonts, take File - Install New Font, browse to
it and select it (and any others you may want) and OK.
