Folder state Collapsed or expanded

I have a desktop folder identified by my first name - Frank. It contains
several sub folders. All of these open with Windows Explorer in the collapsed
state except one - Documents. How do I get that one folder to open in the
collapsed state?

Windows Explorer Properties .. Shortcut .. Target:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,/n,/select,/root,c:

Thanks very much FrankFL, that made my Windows Explorer much more user
friendly. Now I can choose what to expand
