Folder Redirection (can't turn off)

Greetings... We are testing out our new Windows 2003 server and turned on
folder redirection using the the GPO "default domain poliy" and setting the
"User Configuration:window settings:folder redirection:My Documents"
property to "Basic - Redirect everyone's folder to the same location" and
selecting a target directory on the server.

Everything worked but after testing.. we switch the setting back to "not
configured" no low and behold" it still redirects our test clients "My
documents " directory to the server. We played with both policy removal
settings to no avail..

What are we missing.
