See the following KB link. I would also run netdiag on the computer to make sure it
is communicating with the domain controller [assuming it is in a domain]. It may be
dns problem. For a domain computer, always make sure that the domain member is
configure to ONLY use AD domain controllers as it's dns server. --- Steve
