Folder Names Won't Show

When I switched the folder view in Windows Explorer to Thumbnail mode, the
folder names and also file names are gone, but when I switched it other
modes, they are shown.
What's the problem with my windows explorer?
I've tried to restart my windows many times but it doesn't seem to solve the
problem.
Do you have any solution?

Shift + View menu - Thumbnails Hides the label for the thumbnails. Repeat to Show (XP)
