Folder deletion error.

When I try to delete a folder on Vist Home Premium I get the following
error message - "Destination folder access denied - You need permission
to perform this action". I am administrator and have full access and
ownership rights. There are 3 levels of subfolders, and just 2 files,
and I get the same message if I try to delete any of those, even if I
use the command prompt, or in safe mode. Any ideas?

I have seen the same thing. There are background threads taking place on the
file system trhat might have to do with the lockout. Also, do you see virtual
folders with arrows? Wierd. We need more info on the changes to the file
system.

Same problem here. UAC is off and if I look at folder permissions I find them
assigned to something called TrustedInstaller.
