Folder Attribute Control

I cannot seem to create new sub folders in some cases and
can't delete folders that I have created previously. I
get an Access denied msg. - write protected, full disk or
in use, none of which seem to apply. I tried all of the
obvious switches. This is impacting the installation of a
new program. How can I control the attributes of
folders? KB

I have the same problem, some files have been changed to
read-only and I cannot change this. What's up?

in this one because I didn't realize the times were
Microsoft Standard Time (EST - 3 hours)& couldn't find my
earlier posting. KB
