floppy diskette error

when i turn on my computer a floppy diskette eroor comes up but the thing is
our computer doesn't have a floppy disk drive...a friend of mine told me that
is a virus but i am not sure how to get rid of it...can anyone help me please?

Go into the BIOS setup program and check the boot order. If the floppy drive
is listed before the HD, then move the HD to the top of the list. (the most
common way to get into the BIOS is to hit the DEL key during post(startup).
You may see a message during the post telling you what key to press.)

Be careful not to change anything else while in there.
