If you are refering to the header row on a table? If this is at the top
of your spreadsheet, the easy way is to use the freeze pane.
You can do this in two ways, I prefer the second.
First:
At the top of the vertical scroll bar on the right is a very small
button, right above the up arrow. Place you mouse pointer over this
area and it should turn to a double point. Click and drag down to
reveal the row with your titles (or however many rows want) These will
bow remain visible when you scroll down.
The same is true for the horizontal scrolling, the freeze pane tool is
to the right of the horizontal scroll bar on the bottom.
Second:
Customize your toolbar to include the Freeze Pane tool. Right click in
the toolbar area, and pick Customize from the context menu.
Click the Commands tab, and select Windows & Help from the choices. In
the right window (scroll may be necessary) click and drag the Freeze
Panes icon to your toolbar (I put mine next to the Zoom tool.)
Click on the Freeze Panes tool, and click in the cell immediately below
your title row (And immediately to the right of your row titles if you
have them) and a thin freeze pane line will appear and the items above
will remain when you scroll up & down - The items to the left will
remain when you scroll left & right.
This is a toggle tool, turn it off by clicking on the tool again.
