Flip Text

I want to flip text on a Word document. I tried all I could think of
including making the text in WordArt but still I could not flip it. I see
the "flip" command under format but it is grayed out when I go to use it.
How can I flip text?

For WordArt, you must first change the wrapping from In Line With Text to
another style; then you'll be able to flip it.
