Flickering ActiveX controls

Hi,
When I placed Custom ActiveX Control on the PowerPoint Slide it's
Flickers on the Slide Show as well as when Edited.
Is there any way to avoid flickering.

Hi,

Which control and what is it supposed to do? Some controls take time to load
and you sometimes have to artificially hide them for a moment.
