flashing textures

Settlers Heritage of Kings - catalyst 5.10 - everything OK, catalyst 6.3 ,
6.4 - flashing textures.
How is it possible ? Is it really cycled circle ? Everytime when they fix
some bug, they make next 3 instead. I am already senior poster in catalyst
crew feedback.

That's the nature of video cards and drivers. Fixing something for
one game may break something in another game. A game that was
developed for a last gen vid card may not dispaly correctly on a
current gen vid card and vice-versa.
