Flash Screen With a Black Command Prompt

Hi,
I did not know what I've done today; I think I've downloaded something.
A few second later, a flash screen with a black Command Prompt Dialog screen
about 1/1000 sec. duration appeared every 45 seconds.
Can some one please help me to get rid of this annoying thing?? Please!!
My OS is Win XP SP2, NAV2005.

Anytrhing unusual running under the processes tab in your task manager?

I am not sure which one is running unusally under the processes tab in my
task manager;
however, perhaps this one seems to be a funny one : MsPMSPSv.exe.....16k
mem.
Could this be the one?? Please advice.

No, though you don't need that running as it is part of Windows Media
Player.

I noted you have NAV 2005, ahve you updated your virus definitions, and run
a scan?
