Flash effect?

Yeah, I know, a lot of posts. I got into this stuff a year ago to make a vid for my department at work and have not touched it
since. The vid turned out great and they have asked me to do it again so I want to use some new twists.

Anyway, is there any effect that is fast, or like a flash. Most transitions seem to be slow, or at least at their own pace. I
would like to see a transition or two that are fast, or like a flash. Thanks.

HEllo,

Have you considered shortening the duration of the transition...it will make
things go quicker

Yes you can create a flash effect using two very short clips, one with Fade
to White turned on and the other with Fade to Black turned on.
