Flag Status in IPM.Post

I need to access the flag status property in code for an item based on
IPM.Post (for setting Outlook View Control's Restriction property). Since the
IPM.Post object doesn't contain the property, my attempts have all failed to
date.

Since I can demonstrably set the property for the individual items, is there
any way I can access it in my code?

This is extremely puzzling. Hope someone can help.

You would have to use CDO 1.21 and the appropriate MAPI property tag. See
