Flag/Hilight current record in a continuous form sub-form

Is there a way to hilight the current record in a sub form that is using
continuous forms? I have tried a few things, but I always end up with all
the records hilighted. I would like to change the background color of a field
or the form if I can do it for just the selected record.
Thanks for any suggestions.
