FIX Internet Explorer 6 SP2

Internet Explorer 6 SP2 keeps freezing up, and sometimes I will click on a
link causing IE to close down completely.

I emptied my cache; disk fragmented; scanned my computer with Spybot, MS
Anti-Spyware, Ad-Aware, and EZ Trust. I have run my Tablet PC in Safe Mode
and MS Dos to check for errors and still nothing. Please help.
