Fix for winfixer aka winantivirus 2006

this was a pain in the --- but i was able to get it out of the internet
explorer (iexplorer.exe) because winantivirus 2006 bugs iexplorer.exe so it
can pop up the stuped messages and ads. the olny way to get rid of it
without reinstalling the os is to replace iexplorer.exe with a new one but
you can't copy past a new one you have to if you have version 6 just scan
your computer with an anit virus program to get rid of all traces then
install internet explorer 7. this will replace the messed up version of
iexplorer.exe to a clean version.

but if you alredy installed ie 7 then you (1) scan (2) uninstall ie 7 (3)
install ie 7 again then you will be free of winantivirus 2006

This isn't true. Follow the preparatory steps at the first link and then
the specific removal steps at the second link to remove Winfixer and
its variants.
