First Time creating a PP Presentation I need help

This is my 1st time creating a PP Presentation (photo's and music) and I'm
just needing help on a few things. I wanted to play it on my fathers laptop
and through a projecter. Do I have to put it in a certain file or have a
certain kind of CD/DVD ?? I don't believe he has powerpoint on his comp so
will it work. I don't want to do all this if its not gonna work I need
someones HELP FAST!! It's 10/20/06 and Im suppose to present this on 10/22/06

Hi Christian,
One option is to use File>Package to CD. This will bundle up everything to
play from a CD even if the other computer does not have PowerPoint. If you
go Help Search and enter "Package a presentation for CD" it will explain the
process to you.

If your father's laptop has internet access (I guess it does) you can
download a free viewer here which will play your presentation.

After the download make sure you RUN the file to install the viewer.

If it were me I would use PhotoStory instead of PPT as it automatically
creates a "movie" that you can transfer to DVD.
