first derivative?

Hi
I need to do something pretty simple- take the first derivative of a curve to obtain the inflection point. I don't know the exact math involved... is there a macro or a built-in function that will calculate this for me.

OK, since everyone and her/his brother and sister have renamed
themselves "=?Utf-8?B?VFM=?=" it is hard to tell, but this is the third
or fourth request for this information that I have seen in the last few
days. Check the google.com archive of the XL newsgroups for a
solution.
