Once you seen POST (power on self test) Hit del key or some is either F1 or
F2 to go into bios, and once in bios, set first bootable device as CD rom,
remember to save and exit

If you only occasionally need to boot from CD, hit the F12 key when it says
to on the screen, you will get the option to select the boot device.

All set, for the life of me I can't figure out why it defaulted to
boot from the hard drive first, if nothing is in the CD it will
default to the hard drive anyway. If all is not well you need to put a
disk in to fix it. (if you don't know what you are doing) like me.

And if somebody places an operating system bootable CD in, the uninitiated
might well start to overwrite the installation..
