Firewire PCI Card

Rob

I bought an Apple IPOD recently but I have having trouble
finding a FireWire PCI Card that is compatable with
Windows XP. The FireWire Card needs to be WHQL
Certified. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I
can find a FireWire PCI Card that is compatable with
Windows XP? Can you believe that Apple does not have
one? Thanks

Apple builds computer that are NOT PC compatible and they
don't sell PC components. You should be able to find a PCI
IEEE 1394 (that's Firewire's technical name) at any PC
general store or on-line. You can even get a card that has
both Firewire and USB 2.0 on the sane card. Saves a slot
and give you the two fast types of ports.

Try www.newegg.com or www.compusa.com or www.bestbuy.com or
www.officedepot.com or www.officemax.com or just do a search
on www.pricewatch.com
