Firewall

I'm having problems installing a plane for FS2004 and they told me to turn
the firewall off and try to reinstall, well I went to turn the fire wall off
and it was already off (xp firewall O.E.M) When tring to activate the
firewall it said that it can't be turned back on try doing it from the
control panel, tried that and it will not come back on, I don't like not
having it turned on (HA I said turned on).

Hello,

Are you sure you are doing this through the administrator account? If not
try this using the Administrator account.

Yes I'm the only one on the computer and I did check that.
