Hi I have just change form aol to bellsouth
dial up and when we set it up they told me
to uncheck the firewall so I left it uncheck
I run macfee virus and firewall have all
updates and patchs have xp and sp1 someone
told me I need to enable the firewall on
my computer to so I did but when the firewall
from the bellsouth connection is on it stops
mybellsouth call waiting and I need to see
when someone calles do I need both firewalls
on any advice will help

So are you saying you get a message window on your computer when somebody is trying to call you

If this is the case the firewall is blocking the port that that message information is trying to come through

First you need to find out what port that is and then allow that port to be open within your firewall.
