Firewall recommendations?

Hello...

I live behind a corporate firewall at work and at home, so I'm
not up to speed on the stengths or weaknesses of the latest
home-user firewalls. With all this Blaster business, lots are
coming to me for advice.

Can anyone recommend, or advise against, particular home-user
firewalls? Freeware, payware, or hardware, doesn't matter.

Thx,
D.

.

your ultimate solution probably goes to: Norton Personal
Firewall - Family Edition. cost around $40

I tried all the software versions (Mcafee, Sygate, Outpost, Tiny etc)
and I came firmly down in favour of Zonealrm Pro for ease of use - how
good it is as a firewall, I couldn't really say, but I trust it

On a Windows XP system, just enable the Internet Connection Firewall. That
is a good free start. :)
