Im running IIS for a website I also have the FTP and SMTP setup too.
I would like to know what setting I should use in the firewall.
I do not wish to be open to volnurabilities and trogens, right. and I
understand that I need to use the advanced settings in
XPs firewall to allow my friends to access my website and ftp.
what should the service settings be? my ip or PC name?
also there are multiple accounts of msmsgs with different udp and tcp
anyways I uncheck them and the next time i return to advanced settings the 2
of 4 are rechecked (only two are ever checked)
whats going on with this.
I know I have a couple unrelated issues so ill stop there. I hope you can
assist me with these.
