Firewall Problem?

I've been tweaking my network configuration setting in an attemp to resolve a recurring conneciton hang problem. However I now am getting the following error notificaiton in EVENT Viewer every time I boot my system. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the network connections and firewall but nothign seems to work. What can I do to resolve this

The IPv6 Internet Connection Firewall service was unable to find support for IPv6. This may indicate that the IPv6 protocol suite is not installed or it failed to start. The data is the error code.

Are you using IPv6? If not disable the IPv6 firewall.

To disable IPv6 ICF:
1. Click "Start", and then click "Control Panel".
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs".
3. Click "Add/Remove Windows Components". The Windows Components wizard
starts.
4. Click "Networking Services" (but do not click to clear the check
box), and then click "Details".
5. Click to clear the "IPv6 Internet Connection Firewall" check box,
and then click "OK".
6. Click "Next".
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to remove the component from
the computer.
