firewall difficulty

at the moment i am having to rely on the windows firewall
for security but after downloading the antispyware
software i ran a scan and did as instructed. my firewall
has now disabled and i am unable to enable it again!
any suggestions?!

It´s a "removal bug" within MSAS.
