What is the virus/malware status of the computer? If you think it is
clean, post the names and versions of programs used, whether your av
subscription is active, and whether av virus definitions are current.

Be sure it is clean:

You'll have to ask Dave Lipman about errors with his program. In the
meantime, run Sysclean in Safe Mode and then following the rest of the
information about removing malware. I see that you didn't answer the
question about what full-featured antivirus you have installed. If you
don't have one, get one and after the initial scan with Sysclean
install your new av, update it, and do a thorough scan in Safe Mode.

It is common that you will be unable to install a full-featured
antivirus on an infected machine. If you had gone to the links I
provided, you would know what Sysclean is. For your convenience, here
are the links again. However, based on your posts, you should consider
taking your machine to a professional computer repair shop (not your
local version of BigStoreUSA). This is not meant to hurt your feelings;
we all have our areas of expertise.
